CONTEXT
The People's Awards are given to random people I may or may not know, because of an attribute or trait that caught my attention, for whatever reason in any way. It's a random shit idea that popped up in my head for absolutely no reason, as a way to express something about someone.
One award is given per month, sometimes one person can be nominated twice.

Answer: It doesn't give any perk or anything, it just means you have attention from atleast one person. Woah!
